Welcome to my website!

I am an Associate Professor in the Behavioural Science Group at the University of Warwick. I am also an Invited Researcher at J-PAL, and I was an Academic Affiliate at the U.S. Office of Evaluation Sciences from 2020-2024. 

I received my PhD from Harvard University in 2022. My research uses tools from behavioral and experimental economics to address policy-relevant questions. In particular, my current work focuses on evidence communications and policymaker decision-making; identifying effective policy interventions; and beliefs about gender and discrimination.
